How much does Pure Home cost?
Not a thing! You are only charged for each item that you decide to purchase through the website. We do not charge a membership fee or any other fee for using our Design Studio, Inspiration, and palette creation tools.
How does Pure Home match colors together and to products?
We have a team of professional profilers with interior design backgrounds, who profile each product against style, undertones of color (color will show differently under cool versus warm lighting), and lifestyle durability.
Why do you ask me to choose between different rooms, shoes, flowers, and bras? It doesn't make sense to me that I would be asked about this on a home décor website.
Your selections for this question are used to determine your color tolerance. In order to recommend a perfect color selection for you, we need to know how you feel about high- or low-saturated colors, and whether you prefer a mix of color or one or two colors.
What if I want to create a palette from an existing color, but that color isn't relevant to my style, mood and lighting choices?
As part of the palette creation process, we will ask if you want to design your palette from an existing color. This is when you will select the color most similar to your existing color, and complementary colors will be added to your resulting palette from your style, mood, and lighting choices.
What if I want to create a palette to match or complement a piece of furniture I already own? How do I find a matching color in the Pure Home palette?
Before beginning to create your color palette on Pure Home, identify the primary color in your furniture item, as well as determining its style. As you complete the palette selection process, choose similar styles, and enter that furniture item and color when we ask you to enter existing items or colors. A pop-up box will appear, and you will be able to choose the color most like the primary color in your piece of furniture.
Why should I adjust my palette for mood and lighting?
Your daytime and evening lighting will affect the way a color appears on your walls. If you adjust your lighting for your palette, we can be sure that your colors will coordinate. Adjust your mood to develop your master palette further, for added distinction in the mood and emotion you want in your room.
My mom wants to use my palette in her home in Miami. What if it doesn't match her styles?
We would suggest that your mom create her own palette - she'll be much happier if her palette is one that was specifically designed for her needs.
How do I add a product to a design studio page?
It's easy! Simply drag and drop the product into the design studio page you would like to see it in.
I want to add a links, new colors, images, and notes to a design studio page. How do I do that?
Just click on the "Add" button in the top right corner of any design studio page and it will open up an Add window with all of these options. Then just click on what you want to add and have at it!

What does the "For My Home" button do?
The "For My Home" button helps you save pictures of things you like all across the web. When you're visiting a website and see an image that inspires you, or find something you've just got to design with, click the "For My Home" button (once installed) in your browser to add an image to one of your Design Studios on Pure Home. We will save the source link, too, so you can easily go back to the original site.
How do I share my design studio on Facebook and other sites?
To share your page on Facebook, simply click the "F" at the bottom right corner of your design studio page. To share on other sites, hover over "share" next to the "F" and other sharing options will pop up for you to choose from. Simply click on those share icons and follow the instructions from there. You may need to log in to your Facebook or other accounts first.
How do I comment on other people's design studios?
Just click on the speech bubble icon in the right hand corner of the design studio page you would like to comment on. To see other people's comments, hover your mouse over the design studio page you would like to see the comments of and a little window will pop up with the comments people have made.
I like someone's design studio, but don't want to leave a comment. How do I "like" a page without commenting?
Just click on the heart icon in the right hand corner of the design studio page you like. To see how many people like a design page, simply hover your mouse over the heart icon in the right hand corner of the studio page and it will show you who has "liked" that page.
What if I want to email my design studio to someone?
Great! Click on the letter icon in the right hand corner of the design studio page you would like to share and type in their email address and optional note. You'll have to fill in one of those pesky CAPTCHAs so we know you're not a robot.
How do I "like" and comment on someone's color palette?
To "like" a color palette simply click on the heart button on the color palette you like. To comment, click the speech bubble button. To share, click the "F" for Facebook or the "share" button for sharing on other sites.
What is this "recent activity" thing on my design studio page? Can I get rid of it?
The recent activity scroll is to keep you updated about what your friends are doing. It lets you know if someone likes a design studio page, is now following you, or if they created a new page.
This is cool! How can I tell my friends about this?
"Like" us on Facebook and share us with your friends. You can also share your palette or your product recommendations on Facebook, so your friends can see them on your wall and comment with their thoughts. To invite your friends through email, just click the "Invite Friends" button underneath your profile picture on your profile page.
Where do the Inspiration pages come from?
We collect the palettes that other users have created, and display them on the Inspiration page alongside the products and pieces that match the colors in the palette.
On the "Inspiration" page, I see a number of palettes that others have created. Is there any way from this page to see a project that people have completed with those palettes?
At this point, the palettes on the Inspiration page are all that we are able to show from the user's project. However, you will also be able to see the products that we've recommended to complement that user's palette. You can also edit that user's palette to add it to your own Design Studio!
How can I be sure that furniture I buy through Pure Home will really match my color palette?
All of the products that we recommend to you are specifically chosen from our database to match your project and color palette. We use a detailed profiling process to make sure a piece is complementary to colors, styles, lifestyle durability and more.
Once I've ordered a product through Pure Home, when should I expect to receive my shipment?
Depending upon the type of item and the shipping method you select, your products will come via FedEx, UPS, USPS or home delivery truck. If you select a common carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) for your shipping method, your items will arrive like any other purchase you've made online. When you select the home delivery shipping method, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and provide you with necessary details. Depending on your location, you should receive your items by box truck within 5 to 7 days of shipment.
Will I need to be available all day to receive a home delivery shipment?
The carrier delivering your purchase for home delivery will contact you before delivery and will schedule a four hour window where someone will need to be available to receive, inspect and sign for your purchase.
Will the home delivery carrier deliver my purchase wherever I want in my home?
There are several levels of home delivery service available for your purchase (these options do not apply for common carrier shipments – via FedEx, UPS, or USPS – you must select home delivery for your shipment method in order to use one of the following options. You must choose your level of delivery during the purchase process.
How will my home delivery purchase arrive?
Your purchase will arrive on a box truck with two people experienced in delivering and handling residential deliveries. Their truck will have a lift-gate to lower your purchase to the ground.
How do I inspect and receive my order? Follow the steps below for receiving a home delivery shipment:
If everything looks good, sign the bill of lading to accept your order, and enjoy your new pieces!
Note: If you note damage, do not dispose of any packaging material as you may need that to return your purchase to the manufacturer. Failure to immediately inspect, locate and notify the carrier of concealed damage may make a successful claim with the carrier difficult or impossible.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Sorry, at this time we cannot accept checks or Paypal.
Why am I seeing errors when ordering?
Don't worry we can fix it. Double check to make sure you have filled in all required sections and that all credit card information is accurate and your billing address is up to date. If you're still having trouble, you can email us at customersupport@purehome.com and we'll get back to you with a solution.
How do I find the security code on my credit card?
If you have a Visa or Mastercard credit card the three-digit security code is located on the back of the card. It is always the final group of numbers printed on the back signature panel of the card.
If you have an American Express card the security code is a four-digit number printed on the front side of the card above the number. It is printed flat, not embossed like the account number.
Who can I talk to for problems with my bill or trouble ordering?

Will you give my information (like my email address and phone number) to outside companies?
No. We may share your information with our trusted brand partners to better provide you with our services, but we won't give out your personal information to outside companies.
I don't want to receive any more emails from Pure Home. How can I cancel this service?
You can stop email notification service three ways. First, you can change your notification options by going into your account and clicking "All emails off". In every email we send you there will be a link at the bottom that will direct you on how to change your settings. You may also request to be removed from our programs by emailing info@purehome.com with your full name and email address used on PureHome.com.
