Q:What if I want to create a palette from an existing color, but that color isn't contextually-relevant to my style, mood and lighting choices? A: As part of the palette creation process, we will ask if you want to design your palette from an existing color. This is when you will select the color most similar to your existing color, and complementary colors will be added to your resulting palette from your style, mood, and lighting choices.

Q:What if I want to create a palette to match or complement a piece of furniture I already own? How do I find a matching color in the Pure Home palette? A: Before beginning to create your color palette on Pure Home, identify the primary color in your furniture item, as well as determining its style. As you complete the palette selection process, choose similar styles, and enter that furniture item and color when we ask you to enter existing items or colors. A pop-up box will appear, and you will be able to chose the color most like the primary color in your piece of furniture.

Q: How do I create a palette from a product I love, if it's not on your website? A: Create your palette based off of an 'existing' product - even if it is not yet in your home, if you know that you love it, you will be able to enter the style and existing colors in the product for the most complementary color palette.

Q:The creation process tells me to select a style. Can I select more than one? A: Yes! You can select up to three styles that you would like the option of working with.

Q:Can I take the tear sheet to a different paint supplier than the one printed on the sheet? Paint is a little cheaper at Home Depot. A: As long as the paint supplier that you chose to visit carries the same brand printed on your sheet, they should be able to match the paint color. However,paint from a different brand will not have the same effect on your walls, since each Pure Home paint color is specialized to the Inspir™ Color Standard before we issue the formula to our paint brand partners.

Q:My mom wants to use my palette in her home in Miami. What if it doesn't match her lighting or styles? A: We would suggest that your mom create her own palette - she'll be much happier if her palette is one that was specifically designed for her needs.
